UHMWPE/HMPE Winch Line

Optima is made of ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber and is the highest strength synthetic fiber rope available made by ROPERS. Optima 4C winch line is a double braided rope made of high strength UHMWPE core and wear-resistant polyester cover. Functionally, it is as high strength, light weight, high efficiency as other Optima series ropes, but also has a longer service life.

Optima4C is a great wire rope alternative, because of its well performance on the winch. The overall structure of Optima4C is round and firm. The polyester cover is coated with a special coating to increase wear resistance, reduce snagging during use, and effectively protect the bearing core from damage. At the same time, the coordinated double braid structure design minimizes the sliding and improves the service life of the rope.
