The Optima 3X soft shackle also features a protective sheath with an attached coating. This function extends the lifespan of the soft shackle and provides additional protection for the connection.
Two types of protective sheaths are available: braided polyester sheath or webbing polyester sheath. The webbing sheath is lighter, allowing for quick and easy connections, making it a more economical choice. On the other hand, the braided sheath offers superior abrasion resistance and UV protection, making it suitable for harsh environments.
